It's an Arapaima, native to South America. I've seen a few captive ones here.

Apsara Authority Bans the Release Of Non-Local Fish at Angkor Wat
Cambodia News (Siem Reap): On the afternoon of 4 November 2022, the APSARA Authority issued a press release reminding the public of the permanent ban on the release of the Arapaima fish into the waters of the Angkor Archeological Area.

This press release was made after the environmental cleanup team Sanitation of APSARA Authority spotted a large dead Arapaima fish on the river bank in the Angkor Wat grounds. The Arapaima is a freshwater fish native to the South American Amazon, and because it preys on smaller fish, releasing such species into the eco-system may be detrimental to Cambodian native fish.

According to the conclusions of the fisheries experts, the dead Arapaima fish died of natural causes, and after a post mortem examination it was buried in the grounds of Angkor Wat.
