Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On 30 October 2022, a shocking accident occurred in Trapeang Tea village,Khan Por Senchey, when a driver repairing a sand truck was killed when the truck restarted and reversed towards him, crushing him in the process.

The incident happened when the sand truck’s engine died while the driver was driving it, so he went down to open the engine to repair it himself, but unfortunately forgot to place the truck on neutral gear. When the engine restarted, the truck went into reverse gear, and dragged the driver several meters back on the ground hitting him against another vehicle, a motorcycle, a tuk-tuk and a house nearby. He was pronounced dead on arriving at the local hospital.
The above incident caused a surprise at 1:50 pm on the concrete road at Trapeang Tea village, Sangkat Trapeang Krasaing, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh.
The police force of Post Trapeang Krasang went to the scene to record the incident.
