Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): ON 29 October 2022, a Chinese man, driving a Highlander car at high speed, crashed into the back of two Honda Dream 125 motorcycles, causing damage and seriously injuring four people. The above incident occurred at 9:20am on Victory Blvd under the flyover on the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway in Cheng Meng Village, Sangkat Samrong Krom, Khan Por Sen Chey. Phnom Penh.

Sources from the scene said that before the incident, they saw a red Highlander car with plates (Phnom Penh) 2AN-986, which was driving in a south-to-north direction when it crashed into two motorcycles from behind : a black 2008 Honda Dream C125 (Battambang 1G-2698)) 29 October 2022, and another black Honda Dream C125 motorcycle 2017, with license plate Prey Veng 1N-9980, which was also driving in the same direction.
