Strangely enough, offical Cambodian news sources are silent on the story. These are the words of the Khmer who posted the news.
Crazy enough, these guys are from my father’s hometown, and my hometown.

Cambodia rejects ‘organ harvesting’ allegations
By UCA News reporter

The Cambodian government has rejected allegations made in Hong Kong and Taiwan that human traffickers had lured victims into this country for “organ harvesting” and the sale of body parts for transplants on the black market.
“Up until now, there has not been a single case of a human trafficking organization harvesting organs from their victims to be sold,” Chou Bun Eng, the permanent vice-chair of the National Committee for Counter Trafficking, said in dismissing the allegations.
“These stories are all fabricated,” Chou Bun Eng said.
She said the allegations that “some human trafficking organizations in Cambodia are committing organ harvesting” were made by a Hong Kong official and a Taiwanese journalist which she added were “not new.”

IMO - News sources in Cambodia are "silent" because there's nothing new to say on the subject The allegations of organ harvesting have been around for a while, the allegations have previously been denied by the Cambodian government, and (most importantly), until now, not one single case of organ harvesting has been confirmed. (And there have been no reports of bodies turning up with bits missing.)
I would add personally that it seems to me to be a ridiculous idea to bring people to Cambodia for complicated medical procedures, such as organ removal. Once an organ is removed, it must be maintained correctly, not just put in the icebox until transplanted. And surely the medical facilities and the surgeons are of a much better quality and more readily available in mainland China.
Seriously folks, even if you were dying, if you had the kind of money that this would cost, why would you undergo a blackmarket organ transplant in Cambodia ?
So, I'm inclined to disbelieve the Taiwanese news item about human organs being harvested in Cambodia, at least until there is concrete information to back it up.
