Cambodia News (Pailin): On 15 October 2022, the police force of Pailin Provincial Police sent four suspects to the Pailin Provincial Prosecutor's Office for interrogation over drug trafficking offenses.


According to the police report the four suspects are:
- 25 years old Nou Chumno, alias Nan, from Phum Phsar Prom village, Stung Karch commune, Sala Krao district, Pailin province.
- 41 years old Romredo, alias Dao from Kbal Spean village, O'Chrov commune, Poipet city, Banteay Meanchey province.
- 26 years old Sodav Dy from Kbal Spean village, O'Chrov commune, Poipet city, Banteay Meanchey province
- 25 years old Dong Tola from Doung village, Kamrieng commune, Kamrieng district, Battambang province.

The police confiscated 49 methamphetamine (a.k.a ICE) packets weighing 29.17 grams, 238 grams of WY tablets weighing 22.09 grams, 2 motorcycles, 1 scale, 1 mobile phone, and 1 thermometer. They were arrested on 13 October 2022 in Pailin province, and are currently being interrogated at the Pailin Provincial Court.

Cambodia News (Takeo): On 12 October 2022, three suspects were arrested in connection with drug use and trafficking. According to the authorities, the arrests were conducted during a patrol at the west of Bridge (S) in Buor village, when the first 2 suspects were arrested for distributing drugs, including 12 packs of white crystals.

The suspects arrested were identified as 25 years old Sorn Phatra (aka Touch), from Khvav Village, Prey Ampok Commune, Kirivong District, (the suspect’s blue and yellow Exctor motorcycle was confiscated along with the drugs ), and 27 years old Sorn Sopheak from the same village.


Then, at 10:38 on 13 October 2022, the police continued investigations and arrested another suspect named Nuy Mina who was 36 years old, currently residing in Chheu Toal Phlos Village, Prey Ampok District Kirivong, Takeo Province, dfor drug distribution and consumption.
Currently, the police are interrogating the suspects and building a case according to the legal procedure
