Moving Money from Thailand to Cambodia

Post by JimG »

Looking to make the move from Thailand to Cambodia but not sure of the best way to get the Thai baht I have out of the country. Is there a way I can do a Thai bank to Cambodian bank transfer or is there another method that would be better?

Thanks for the help.

https://wise.com/ Thai baht to US$, or https://www.deemoney.com/ or Swift from thai bank to Cambodian bank( i have done scb to cab) but rates suck
or just buy US$$ an bring over
u'll get a better rate for Baht to $$ in Thailand

Along St 298 by Olympic market are a row of money shops. You make a deposit in Baht to one of their Thai bank accounts and they pay you in dollars here. At the company I worked for before we often moved a million Baht a week this way through the place at #34. Obviously it depends how much you trust them...
