Woman Pedestrian is Knocked Unconscious by Chinese Driver

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): At 10:00 pm on October 11, 2022, on St. 360, Sangkat Boeung Keng Korng 1, Khan Boeung Keng Korng, Phnom Penh, a female pedestrian in her thirties was hit by a Range Rover (PNH 2AP-5331) driven by an unidentified Chinese national, while she was crossing the street. Fortunately, the driver didn't run away but remained in the car until the police officers arrived.
According to witnesses at the scene, the victim was eating some street food and went across the street to use the restroom. Then when she returned to her table, she was hit by the Range Rover and knocked unconscious.

The victim was taken to the Khmer-Soviet Hospital. The driver and the car were taken to the police station for further proceedings.
The identities of the victim and driver haven't been revealed.

I'm just thankful that no pesky, good sameritan had the temerity to get in the way of the photographers shot of her unconscious body.
