Easy to get there by Grab. Take your passport and cash. They don't accept cards.

Yes, that is their location... I've used both DHL locations and FedEx. All good, though last time I was at DHL Monivong, there were about twenty fixers with a bunch of papers from customers and one girl staffing the place. It was a complete shitshow akin to Government Customs offices. Luckily, the other customers let me go first, as I suspect many were waiting for deliveries or something. Bring your passport.

I agree that you should probably look into local companies for Vietnam, unless it's sensitive documentation/passport renewal or something. Then just use DHL/FEDEX.
