Container Truck Crashes at Yeay Mao Pich Nil Hill on National Road 4

Cambodia News (Kampong Speu): A container truck oversteered and hit the base of the expressway bridge, causing severe damage on 5 August 2022, along National Road 4, at Village 6, Yeay Mao Pich Nil Commune, Kampong Speu Province.

Sources from the scene said that a white HYUNDAI trailertruck (Phnom Penh 3C-9293), carrying a container, was driving along National Road No. 4 at high speed, when suddenly the trailer oversteered and ran into the base of the expressway bridge, causing severe damage to the vehicle, and also minor injuries to the driver, a 32-year-old man named Son Sal, from Kampong Trach District, Kampot Province, (who did not run away from the accident. Bravo !)

I HAVE BEEN TUR

I have been truckdriving all my life and it took some times to anylice, what really happened: in fact he just wanted to park under the bridge to has a not to hot night, those hyundais of course have no aircon !! But he enterd to close to the "pool" from the bridge, which has a support (no idea how so say in english) which is half a meter lower than the actulla bridge !! The strange thing is, no fotos from the cab, and the cab would be shmased into the trailer, bUt the cab is usually a meter lower than the container, only the spoiler on the roof would be from the same height, but most of them in KOW dont have spoilers, and even if they have, it would be knocked out of it. And no real sign of the cab.
And the driver didnt dissapear, good guy . ..
