Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): On the morning of July 25, 2022, the specialized police force of the Anti-Drug Department sent a suspect involved in the crime of drug trafficking more than 45 kg to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court to be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office for investigation, according to legal procedures.


At 1:30 a.m., the Special Forces (A10) of the Anti-Drug Department led by Major General Sary Bot Satya. Lt. Col. Yim Sen Udom, Deputy Director of Monivor, investigated and cracked down on 4 different locations suspected to contain drugs:

Target 1: Room C3-1521, 15th floor, Olympic Condo along Street 182 in Sangkat Veal Vong, Khan 7 Makara.

Target 2: Room C4-1103, 11th floor, Olympic Condo, Street 182, in Sangkat Veal Vong, Khan 7 Makara.

Target 3: Room C4-1219, 12th floor, Olympic Condo, Street 182, located in Sangkat Veal Vong, Khan 7 Makara.

Target 4: At Room 8708, 6th Floor, Choy Hotel, Street 182, Sangkat Or Russey 7 Makara.

As a result, police arrested a 33-year-old Chinese man named HU FENGWEN.

Exhibits seized include:
- Ecstasy (MDMA) weighing 7 kg, 150.16 grams.
- methamphetamine (ICE) weighing 14 kilograms 024 grams.
- KETAMIN weighs 24 kilograms 380 grams.
- NIMETAZEPAM weighs 144 grams.
- 408 grams of marijuana.

In total, the drugs weighed 45 kilograms and 698.16 grams.
The suspect, a Chinese national, is currently under investigation by prosecutors.
