A foreign national – who caused a crash in Phnom Penh last night – enlisted an ally to shout and attempt to bully the innocent Cambodian motorcyclist she had crashed into.

The shocking incident happened at 9:30 pm on June 20, 2022 in front of Lucky Shopping Mall along National Road 4 in Sangkat Choam Chao III, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh.

It appears that a man driving a moto was suddenly struck by a Chinese Mercedes [woman] driver who was travelling at high speed.

Onlookers say that the accident was the fault of the Mercedes driver. Mediation was started to settle compensation.

It was observed that the Chinese driver had made a series of phone calls – and suddenly one of her compatriots appeared and started to shout and hector the hapless moto driver
The mood of the crowd turned angry at this undignified display – but eventually both sides were able to come to an agreement.
