Just to be clear ....you applied via the Telegram App and then what ?? They send a phot copy via Telegram and you go to a copy shop ?

Scan the QR code on your vaccination card, from that website you can apply if you have Telegram installed and grant them permission through Telegram. Sounds difficult, but it's a simple step by step process.
Yes, that’s what I did too .... an hour later I got a return message on Telegram saying my request was approved and I would be notified when ready.

Am I correct in assuming they send a photo of the certificate via Telegram and you go to a copy shop to print it out ?

Thank you. I'm in now. I could not log in at first. I tried switching around my day and month of birth and that did it.

Thailand accepts your Khmer Vac card for the Thailand Pass. Alternatively you can use a scan of your original vaccination form or a scan of your international vaccination passport. I tried all 3 versions, all 3 got approved
Driving on Cambodian roads is just like playing a classic arcade top scroller. The only difference is a force feedback controller, the limitation to only one life and the inability to restart, once Game Over

Thailand accepts all

1. Photo of vaccination card
2. Print out of website when you scan the QR code of ur vaccination card
3. Vaccination declaration from ministry of health

For a visit to Thailand there's no need to apply for the ministry's vaccination card

You can just store it in ur phone, or forward it to mail. It has a qr code for online checking

So this is what it looks like when they send it to you.

Then you save the pic to your device (phone or laptop) and print it if you want.

Having said that, when I went to PP airport the check-in staff were happy for me to just show it on my phone so no need to print it really.

What's the certificate for? As far as I know, only the blue card is needed for travel.
