1,408 is the Magic Number in Pailin Bust

Cambodia News (Pailin Province): On the afternoon of June 10, 2022, 6 suspects were arrested in Pailin province for drug possession and trafficking. Police seized 322.02g of methamphetamine crystals and 1,408 WY pills.

The suspects were identified as :
-Chhun Lihour, a 30-year-old male farmer from O' taprang village, Pailin who possessed 5 sachets of Meth that weighed 23.90g, 1 scale, 1 drug tool, 1 thermometer, and some plastic bags
-Mean Chan, a 27-year-old man from Otavai village/Sangkat, Pailin city, who possessed 0.54g of Methamphetamine and a motorbike
-Vuth Kunthy, a 38-year-old woman from Komrieng village/commune/district, Battambang province who possessed 11 sachets of Methamphetamine that weighed 297.59g, 1,408 WY capsules that weighed 134.34g, 1 scales, and 2 bundles of plastic bags
-Vuth Vang, a 29-year-old man from Phnom Kuy village, Sala Krao commune/district, Pailin province who possessed a car and a tractor
-Doung Sangha, a 24-year-old man from Phnom Kuy village, Sala Krao commune/district, Pailin
-Uh Dalin, a 24-year-old man from Phnom Kuy village, Sala Krao commune/district, Pailin

The suspects and the evidence are being held in custody for further proceedings.
