non alcoholic beer?

Post by SoberAsABird »

Hi,I searched a bit for this but didn't see anything. I'm attending a engagement ceremony in the next few days and was wondering if there are any stores in Phnom Penh that sell NA beer. I thought I saw a Heineken Zero somewhere when I was riding around but can't remember it exactly. Thanks

Well not really, if you love the taste of a nice cold beer but don't want the alcohol effects for whatever reason then it could be enjoyed I suppose.

I would stick to non-alcoholic orange juice; at least it's good for you.

But you didn't ask what we like, so no, I haven't seen any. Stand-by, though.

That's not a bad idea either, thanks.

Yes, Heineken zero and a few other 0.0 beers are sold here - I'd imagine any major supermarket or bottle shop would have what you are searching for

No need to shame the fella. Some people like the taste of beer without wanting the intoxication. To the OP, cold soda water can also do the trick. I'm also a bit interested. Sometimes I crave a beer after work but I don't really want to feel tipsy, just the taste of it and then I can continue doing what I do.

On that note, for anyone looking to sign your receipt for your non-alcoholic beer purchase, you can always use the Phnom Penh Pen Company. We recently got a new customer buying in bulk, INK Floyd.
*Note, this is a gimmick.
