Not just hookers!?!?

This is the part of the forum where we discuss Cambodia's nightlife! While most bars, nightclubs, pubs, beer gardens, and hostess bars are in Phnom Penh, we discuss the Cambodian nightlife across all of Cambodia, including Siem Reap, Kampot, and Sihanoukville. The main nightlife areas in Phnom Penh are on Street 136, Street 130, Street 110 and Street 51, but there are other party spots that aren't girlie bars where expats, tourists, and locals drink until the sun comes up. Feel free to post specials and promotions that relate to nighttime fun!

Do the hostess bar girls speak better English nowadays? One poster said that you can carry on a conversation with them na they laugh at your jokes. Is that true?

theres a guy on a fb group i'm in, "the new hippie trail" that opened a hostess bar on street 110 last week<
he "claims" the girls are not for sale but he expects customers to come in and chat with the girls an buy them $4 drinks
Than goes on to say the girls speak no English>
when caught out that why would a guy spend that kind of money UNLESS he was expecting a happy ending to his night>
