Toy guns for khmer children?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

I prefer the ones with the paper roll
I preferred whacking the whole paper roll or plastic ring with a sledgehammer.

Some people are giving the impression that people would expect children here to have or use real guns like in America or Brazil, is that the reaction people would have if a child had a realistic cap gun with a tip stuffed in their pockets?

You would properly enjoy the event they hold in Mexico.

As are drums and police whistles.
Drums were always my go to gift for someone's kid, during a disagreement. Chemistry sets can work too, "...and the water blaster is to put out the fires." But I stopped that one, when I realised the consequences of actuality.

Well I had no idea :stir:
I more so meant present time. Would one expect authorities to think a kid is carrying a real pistol to kill like many might in other countries.

Looks like this particular model is a shell ejecting toy only.. altho googling there are other Glock copy toys that do shoot projectiles.

Nevertheless, not a bad copy of the original..

Toy guns have become too realistic these days, some hard to distinguish from a distance even to a trained eye.

Since when did Toys have to go from looking like Toys to replica firearms?

I have used some airsoft guns that are like the real thinking in just about every visible detail.
