Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): According to the Siem Reap Provincial Information Department, on the afternoon of April 15, 2022, in Khnar village, Sangkat Chreav, Siem Reap city, a Japanese electric power supply factory was set ablaze by a rubbish fire. According to the police, the cause of the fire could be most likely from the rubbish fire that was left unmonitored by residents near the factory. The fire destroyed many electric cables, however, the exact cost of damage hasn't been confirmed.
