Stray bullets are rare for the most part. Although in 2017, there were >150 children (<13) killed by strays in 6 months, in the US.
40 to 68% were inside. And there are thousands of near misses.
Before I'm reminded, I realise this is not US...

...but the recent influx seem to have upped the per head ratio of gang-related targeted gunfire. I doubt they're good shots.
