Never heard of epinephrine reversing the effects of Ketamine.

As for a brutal, offensive drug, might I suggest Succinylcholine? Stops their breathing for 2 minutes, and unless you breathe for them, they suffocate and die.

Most healthy people can survive a full dose of adrenaline. Epipens (reduced dose injectors) are carried by many. But no one can survive a full dose of succinylcholine.
