Very true. Easy to condemn the police (and I am guilty as charged) but when you even have to worry about 4-year olds taking pot shots at you.... Good thing the copper thought fast and shouted "kid" before the tyke was turned into a sieve.

Can you imagine the horror at McDonalds HQ if a 4 year old got shot dead by the police on their premises?

As much as there's backlash against the US police, these days, can you imagine the horror of finding out, (and later living with it) it was a 4 year old, after having shot the poor kid? it's beyond comprehension. It's a good thing all around that there was sufficient presence of mind.
