Last couple of days keep hearing those vans going around the streets with a loud speaker on top, making announcements. Any ideas what they're on about?

I'm sure they've been saying a whole lot more but a snippet from Mrs Cargo FWIW is they don't want (recommend/preventing??) people from the province coming to PP. And presumably in reverse..? Heard in Daun Penh.

Could be anything, basically. Maybe if you disclose the area someone can tell you. Phnom Penh is pretty large. They might be telling you not to put the garbage out too early, warn for covid outbreaks, tell you not to park on the pavement..... Although the latter seems a bit far stretched.

I think they are saying there are lots of fresh new tourists coming in everyday so don't forget to double your prices and use plenty of 100's and 500's when short changing them...
