those houses are in the complex right on the beach, also some nicer homes
the marina is there that never took off.

Not bad but long ways to anywhere.

yeah, an annexe to emario beach club it would appear.
got 3 BR places for $390 as well.

nicely insulated and secure from the multitudes.

nothing is very far in SV if you have a car/moto.

i tend to stay at home a lot anyway and the pixies get the stores in cheaper than i can too.

gets them out from underfoot, gives them an airing.

Frank, how far from the beach is that place? How long does the beach stretch?

20 meters from the beach, private beach too.
riff raff not allowed.
you will see it on google satellite view to the right of the bridge. only beach there as such.

got a couple more shortlisted houses.

they are all overpriced take 25% of all ...Kep looks the best one in my opinion, but still $50 + too much...
I was born with nothing , and I still have most of it left.
