Chinese Fugitive, YI SOSEN, Captured at Nagaworld 2

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On February 17, 2022, Yi Sosen, a wanted Chinese suspect who has been on the run in Cambodia for over 2 years, was arrested at Naga World Casino 2 in Phnom Penh.

The fugitive was taken into custody in accordance with the warrant for his arrest issued for the kidnapping and torture of a victim on April 30, 2020, in Phala Las Condo, room 2105, street 366, Sangkat Toul Svay Prey 1, Khan Boeung Keng Kong.
The suspect is being held in custody for further proceedings.

On the run from the police so let's go hang out at the one place where they expect Chinese to be and probably more cameras than any other building in PP.

He was probably being kept safe there for awhile ... until the benefit of keeping him outweighed the cost ... or got a better offer.

Probably was thier dept collector
