Vietnamese Audi Thief in Car Rodeo with Sihanoukville Cops

Cambodia News, Sihoukville province: A case of car theft occurred on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 12:40 pm in Village 6, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville. Less than one hour later, police arrested a Vietnamese man along National Road 4 in Kampong Seila district, driving an AUDI Q7,(with license plate Phnom Penh 2BM-6235), stolen from Chhay Nathon Company in Village 6, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville Province.

Following the report of the car theft, Sihanoukville Provincial Police Commissioner Major General Chuon Narin immediately ordered the Sihanoukville Police Inspectorate, Prey Nup District Police Inspectorate, and Kampong Seila District Police Inspectorate to set up road blocks along the National Road 4, the main highway out of Sihanoukville.
At 13:30, the suspect drove the stolen Audi through the first police road block at Veal Renh commune, refusing to stop. He carried on driving until he arrived at Stung Chhay commune, where the car crashed through another police barricade and continued on to Kampong Seila district, where he was finally stopped and overwhelmed by police forces.

Well I expect the "road blocks" along National Route 4 consisted of a few provincial cops waving their arms and red illuminated batons around at oncoming traffic rather than some physical barrier like modern spike strips or traditional long bamboo poles swinging from oil barrels with skull warnings/ landmines etc. The creep should be executed for crimes against fashion as well as being a thieving twat. :?
