I dont do mass tours/buses and stuff.

Mini bus, hire car etc for me.

Going to cost a fair whack if you're looking for a genuine "Tour Guide".

Add up her daily rate, plus all her travel, food and drink, plus separate hotel rooms for, let's say 40 nights... Over $2000?? Off the top of my head?
