OP- It's great to get new topics on CEO and thanks for supporting that. However, it would really help also if you could provide an inkling of what this is about either/or/both in the topic title and the content so members can decide whether they wish to read further. I'm sure you've been a member long enough to appreciate that.

OK, This is about a group of men in North london who are some sort of cult. They film themselves live online having their balls and penis cut off.
This report is from a local paper I haven't seen it reported anywhere else in the UK
