3 Heavy Vehicle Drivers Tested Positive for Drugs at Police Stop
Cambodia News (Kampong Speu Province): On February 1, 2022, the traffic and anti-drug police of Kampong Speu detained 3 out of 5 heavy vehicle lorry drivers who were stopped and tested for drugs last night.
The three drivers, who were found positive for illegal substances during a police control while driving on National Road 41, in Kong Pisey, and Bor Seth districts. They have had their driving licenses confiscated, and were transferred to the drug rehabilitation center.
However, the identities of the drug-taking drivers have not been revealed.
