Drunk Chinese Drives into Shop Killing 38Yo Woman Instantly

Post by CEOCambodiaNews »

Cambodia News, (Svay Rieng Province): In Svay Rieng province, a Chinese man, who was very drunk, drove his car at high speed into a shop house in the early hours of the morning, killing a woman at the scene.

At 4:55am on January 23, 2022, in Chek Village, Chantrea District, a woman named Pen Savin, 38, was setting up her wares for sale in the downstairs shop at her house as usual, when a man in a black Range Rover, with license plate Phnom Penh 2BD-3655, who was driving too fast, oversteered and smashed into the front of the house. The building was badly damaged and the woman was hit by the car and killed instantly.

The perpetrator was a 26-year-old Chinese man, Sang Hui Ching, who was staying at the Shanghai Resort Casino in Chek Village, Samrong Commune, Chantrea District, and police authorities have confirmed that the driver was intoxicated when the accident occurred.

The body was taken to the authorities to be recorded and then they handed over to the woman's family to celebrate the traditional funeral, most heartbreaking and sad.
RIP.

... and the drunk driver was taken to ... the casino?

Poor woman just going along with her daily routine and getting run over in her own house, especially knowing the perp will receive no punishment just a fine that he'll be able to pay on the spot with the money in his back pocket.

Sorry for the young lady who lost her life in this accident, and of course her family who have the grief and expenses.
Accident? It's about time the authorities looked more closely into this type of so-called accidents! The driver was intoxicated when the accident occurred, in my book that obviously tells me that he was clearly incapable of being safely in charge of the vehicle he was driving, being of a danger to himself and other road users. But this again like other road traffic accidents went a step more, being that the driver lost control of his vehicle and killed an innocent bystander whom was not a road user at the time of the incident, but that of a shopkeeper going about her daily business in the home of her shop-house.
It may be seen has an unfortunate bizarre accident, but it should be portrayed has murder in my view.

It was not long ago that the Chinese were going to build and run new business ventures of new prisons. Do you think they knew of what was going to be coming along in Cambodia?

Oh well.
Maybe instead of sending them to an unknown shithole, it could be mandatory for them to ride by bike or taxi for the sake of the locals and their buildings ? Win win, more lives, more money, less hassle, less accidents...
I guess the yearly quota is already done...unless there is no quota ?
Nobody counts ?
No body counts ?
How much a Khmer body count, compared to a Chinese one ?
Questions, questions...
