Covid restrictions for minors

I will travel to Cambodia with my wife and 11 year-old son. My wife and I are vaccinated, but my son is too young. Will they let him in with us, or will we have to quarantine with him? Anybody had any experience with that?

He will have to have a negative PCR test for sure but he doesn’t need to be vaccinated.

As per the MoH's SOP on entry requirements and restrictions.... Unvaccinated under 18-year-olds travelling as part of a family group, will be quarantined in accordance with the period that applies to their parents.

Therefore, kids travelling with fully vaccinated parents are exempt from quarantine, as long as everyone tests Negative on arrival.

This has been confirmed by dozens of first hand reports.

From the Cambodian search.vaccine.gov.kh database of vaccinated and vaccinations, does anyone have experience with clicking on the link (as per the image below),
REQUEST FOR COVID-19 VACCINATION CERTIFICATE

After clicking the link, it says something about log in to Telegram.

What I want to know is, what happens next, and how long it takes to get the Certificate.

Anyone?
