Tianyi Hotel Employee Files Complaint for Slaps
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On the night of January 7, 2022, the brother of the owner of Tianyi International Hotel, Fa Ge, was accused of slapping an 18-year-old male employee, Seng Kosal.
The hotel is located nearby Dei Huy market flyover bridge on Russian Federation Blvd., Khan Sen Sok.
The victim claimed that he was slapped 3 times on different occasions when he was using his phone during his free time at work. He then decided to file a police report, however, no arrest has been reported and there is no further information on the case.

Re: Tianyi Hotel Employee Files Complaint for Slaps
In America I grew up hearing "If you got time to lean, you got time to clean", obviously a philosophy completely foreign to Cambodians.
But no need for workplace physical abuse. Just fire his lazy ass, and withhold any salary he might have been due as compensation for the time the employee wasted.

"using his phone during his free time"
I take that as he was on an authorised break from work so why would you fire him if that's indeed the case @The Judge.
Don't get me wrong as I would read the riot act to anyone I found slacking off at work but when they were on a break then they were free to do their own thing.
