There we have it:
Tennis Australia boss Craig Tiley told Australia’s advisory body on immunisation that the viability of the Australian Open depended on whether players who had not been double-vaccinated would be allowed into the country to compete in the tournament.

Without naming Novak Djokovic, Mr Tiley’s letter to the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI), sent on November 10 and seen by The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald, pressed the expert group on whether players with a recent COVID-19 infection or a single dose of vaccine would be exempt from immigration rules requiring people coming to Australia to be fully vaccinated.

As it appears now, he should not have been given an exemption. Perhaps he knew that and just tried to use his star power to flout the rules.

However, given the conflicting statements from various bodies I think it is helpful that he has appealed.
This gives us a better chance to learn what actually happened there.

For example, how come Australian Border Force did let two other ineligible people in, whose visas now had to be cancelled after they have already entered?
Smells a bit fishy.
Yes, it was one thing to have Tennis Australia, Victorian government and Federal Border Force singing and dancing to a different tune, but now Border Force itself, seemingly applied inconsistent and irregular treatment by stopping Djokovic yet allowing 2 others in that weren't double vaxed.

That, takes it to a different level and no doubt there will be an aftermath investigation into that. Hopefully we'll get to know what happened there.

And later we will hear the results of Djokovic's appeal to stay.

The saga continues..

And now the Deputy PM Barnaby Joyce steps in. Remember Barnaby? He's the one that told Johnny Depp re his dogs: "It's time that Pistol and Boo buggered off back to the United States."

Novak Djokovic will be deported if he hasn't told truth, deputy PM says

Barnaby Joyce told the BBC that rich people "can't wander around the world thinking... they are above the laws".

"If he hasn't filled out the forms appropriately then he's taking the sovereign capacity of another nation for a joke," Mr Joyce told the BBC's Newshour programme. "100% someone's made a mistake and if he hasn't told the truth then the person who's made the mistake is Mr Djokovic."

He added: "You can't just wander around the world thinking that because you're really rich you're really above the laws of other nations."

When You Think About It, Novak Djokovic Is Just Like Jesus

As vaccine skeptic and 20-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic awaits his Australian Open fate at a Melbourne-area hotel turned immigration facility, his family and the Serbian government are casting him as a political prisoner detained by small-minded bureaucrats. Meanwhile, the mystery of how the world No. 1 was granted an exemption to play Down Under in the first place is still about as clear as Djokovic’s thinking on modern medicine.

This is getting interesting:

His lawyers state that he had a COVID infection in December:

"Tennis star Novak Djokovic had a vaccine exemption to enter Australia after a Covid infection on 16 December, his lawyers say in court documents."
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-australia-59920379

So that would have been his second one if I am not mistaken. Didn't he also have COVID a couple of months ago?

Moreover, according to his lawyers:
[Mr Djokovic had also received, on 01 January 2022, a document from the Department
of Home Affairs (“Department”) in regard to his “Australian Travel Declaration”
(“Declaration Assessment”).5 The Declaration Assessment told Mr Djokovic that,
“[his] Australia Travel Declaration [had] been assessed,” and that “[his] responses
indicate[d] that [he met] the requirements for a quarantine-free arrival into Australia
where permitted by the jurisdiction of your arrival,” that jurisdiction being Victoria.]

Djokovic with his support, he helped to blow up a $ 2.5 billion deal for a foreign multinational.

The Jadar area, in fact, is one of the largest lithium deposits in the world, 136 million tons, an estimated value of 200 billion euros, and is indispensable to an enormously expanding sector such as that of batteries for electric cars and mobile phones. . The Loznica mine alone could cover 10 percent of the world's needs.

The loser was not only the Serbian president but above all the ruthless multinational Rio Tinto which in 150 years and in 35 countries - from Papua New Guinea to Australia - has often been accused of violating both human rights and the environment.

But where is the Rio Tinto from? It is Anglo-Australian. Its largest division is in Australia. You got it right: in Australia, where Djogovich is now blocked by the government and treated like a criminal. No correlation? posterity will judge.

Australia takes its revenge ..

^^ You might be onto something there!
A conspiracy between Australian big business, government, and Zionist bankers to keep the Australian Open title firmly out of the hands of Serbia unless they bow down to Rio Tinto.
Thinking about this now, it was way too obvious. Brilliant plan!
