That video got deleted only because someone uploaded it on their own channel. So it got deleted due to copyright violations. It was not on the official Joe Rogan channel. Joe Rogan videos/podcasts are now only available on Spotify. Maybe highlights still on Youtube, but that video was the full version and it's not supposed to be on Youtube.

Exactly. Boomers gonna boom. Several channels put up Joe Rogan bits, but they often get taken off. Same for music videos and so on. Depends whether they try to monetize it. The official channel now only releases one or two 10 minute extracts from the main podcast. For months they've been pushing people to just watch it on Spotify. It's not some grand government conspiracy.
