Three Startups Awarded in Digital SME Accelerator Programme
AKP Phnom Penh, December 15, 2021 --

Three startups have been awarded in the Digital SME Accelerator Programme of the Techo Startup Centre, according to the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Team Delightech won the first place, while the two runners-up are Homeapp Asia and Coin Cloud.

Eight startup teams pitched their business ideas to four judges from government and private sectors in yesterday's "Demo Day", the final phase of this acceleration programme.

"Demo Day" was presided over by H.E. Dr. Kong Marry, Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techo Startup Centre, H.E. Dr. Hul Seingheng, Director General, General Department of Science, Technology and Innovation, and the member of the Board of Directors of Techo Startup Centre, judges and other distinguished guests.

The Digital SME Accelerator Programme was organised by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Techo Startup Centre, and co-organised by Khmer Entreprise, the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) in Cambodia and the Swiss Cooperation Mekong.
