Air and Tech Show 2021 to Start This Friday
AKP Phnom Penh, December 14, 2021 --

The Air and Tech Show 2021, the 3rd of its kind, will take place from Dec. 17 to 19 at Pochentong Air Base in Phnom Penh.

The event is aimed to present aircraft, tech products of students/talents and inspire Cambodian youths and talents specialised in Aircraft and Technology with their achievements and robotic/technology/mechanical/coding products to the public.

Air and Tech Show 2021 will give the opportunity to the public, students, and visitors to come, experience, and get the knowledge and information during the exhibition from the talents, exhibitors, and especially the aircraft pilots standing by at the airplanes.

The annual event, organised since 2018 but with a haul of 2020 due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, is supported by the Cambodian Air Force and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, and in cooperation with Helistar (Cambodia).

There were more than 9,000 visitors (public, students, news, government officials, and so on) attending the event in 2018 and 30,000 visitors in 2019.

That's PP airport? Is it open to the public all 3 days or just the weekend?

Has anyone been to the previous ones?

It's not the airport, it's the military airbase nearby.

OK, thanks, I thought they shared the airport.

Can't find it on Google maps, does the airbase actually have a runway?
