I foresee a profitable black market in rolling papers. Or will the shops just keep selling the papers without the tobacco ?

Tally Ho are now made in Belgium. !!??
Formally "Made in Australia from the finest rice paper".
When i was in the film set business/props i would go to the WD and HO Wills (now Imperial Tobacco) factory and massive warehouses at Moore Park and pick up few large cartons of the offcuts from Tally Ho's special 'cut corners' feature - whenever we required falling snow.
The little triangles of rice paper fluttered down perfectly for filming such scenes. You need billions of them tho'.

In the USA/Canada they don't mix tobacco with weed, I think it is a brit thingxandreu wrote: ↑Thu Dec 09, 2021 5:28 pm People have been asking for years why things like cigarettes are legal and yet soft drugs like marijuana, which appear to be far less dangerous (even though you tend to mix it with tobacco, so I'm not sure how that works) aren't, which leaves governments with two options. Either ban both or make both legal.
I see NZ have gone with the former. Understandable I guess. Whether it works or not is anyone's guess, but I don't think anyone really believes it will. As has already been said, it will just drive it underground.

Hard to roll it straight with this expensive, sticky hydro these days tho - rolling a skinny little runt of a thing.
A slow puffing, regularly rested and re-lit, big fat cigar is more my style, so you gotta have the tobacco for that.
Slowly shifting to dry-herb vaping nowadays, but it's a bit clinical compared to a nice slow cool-burning log.
Do NOT try this at home children - You're Banned!!
It's only for us old timers now.
Yeah i know it's another boomer rip-off. Sorry.
