Requirements for flying out of Cambodia

In principle there are no requirements but all of the airlines and destinations require the test to board the plane, so in practice there is.

It's so quiet at the airport that you definately dont have to be there earlier than pre-covid times. Just make it there 15 minutes before your check in counter closes and you are fine.

I flew out yesterday and yes the airport was mega quiet, but check in took way longer then usual so I would advise not getting there just 15 mins before the check in counter closes.

My flight was PP>Hong Kong>London>Manchester and for each country the entry requirements are different for transit and general entry, and these requirements are checked at check in in PP. For example, my UK online location form and Covid Test were checked and details entered at check in in Phnom Penh, and no where else throughout my entire journey. So check in took longer as for each person whatever their final destination is, there are different flight requirements. My transits were the same as pre covid time.
