Russian Tourists Visiting Thailand Down 70%

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. Makes sense to me. I remember quite a long time ago in Phnom Penh at the round the corner bar there was a regular Russian drinker and boy could he throw them back.
