Posters who are just here to shit on Cambodia.

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Plus plenty of people from Europe escaping the winter and a fourth wave that threatens to have their freedoms curtailed once again.

Let's see. I worked in a hotel in Siem Reap for a few years and only very few of our guests spent all their holiday in Cambodia; the vast majority combined the trip with a neighbouring country.

Been saying this for ages, Not counting the 38+% Chinese ( 2019) that visited Cambodia

so when can we see some stats like this for Cambodia?
Yesterday, 5,591 people flew into #Thailand with six of them testing positive. This brings the total since 1st November to 85,608 arrivals and 112 infections (0.13%). Most are taking part in Test & Go (65,622 | 0.08% infected) and most landed at Suvarnbhumi airport (57,704).
Over the last three weeks, 262,008 people have applied for #ThailandPass out of which 206,814 have received approval So far, 33,303 applications were rejected. Many of these were rejected because they did not book a SHA+ hotel package that included RT-PCR test & hotel transfer.
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST
