Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On 11 November 2021 at 1:30am, a Ford Raptor collided with a motorbike, carrying three people, causing two people to fall off along Norodom Road at the corner of Street 130 in Phsar Thmey 1 Commune, Daun Penh District, Phnom Penh.

Sources say that before the accident, the victim (driving a black Dream 125 motorcycle bearing license plate Takeo 1R-0565) and his friends were seen traveling north, when all of a sudden, the black car crossed the street without slowing down and crashed into the victims.

The driver of the Raptor then attempted to escape, but the victims decided to chase after the car all the way to the northern part of Central Market; but then the car owner opened his window, fired off a gunshot towards the victims, and sped off, leaving a shell at the scene.
Despite this, the victims continued to chase the car until they reached the former Tuol Kork roundabout, when the owner of the car fired off two more gunshots at the victims, which stopped them in their tracks, afraid of pursuing the gunman any further.


The incident is being investigated.
