travel instructions

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

You could. But parking may be tough, considering the terminal is now catering mostly to casino private charter flights pre-bookings. But if you can afford to do that, you would be the ideal tourist for Snooky. Perhaps just join a tour group and do your own thing. Another option I've considered, since you brought this up, is to sail down.

It literally says:

"II Upon arriving at international airports OR at Safe and Green Zones tourists will be rquired to undergo test at the entrance"

Pretty clear to me that you can arrive at PP just fine. But lots of other questions such as having to be a tour-group.

land/sea borders closed, ( except for returning locals)
NO dates given yet about when will reopen

Feb/march would be my guess

I have contacted a cambodian travel agent recenty to ask about a 5-day Koh Rong package and it seemed like you can also fly into PP. Seems like they have noticed, that it will be diffucult to fly into Sihanoukville. They probably will organize Cars, Buses or transit flights.

They were doing great, their vaccination numbers were higher than many developed countries'. But then they dragged their feet and still continue to do so.

, open up the country and with elections coming up they had to do something

It will get sorted out soon
