Unidentified Chinese Woman and her Dog Found Dead in Sihanoukville Apartment

Cambodia News, (Sihanoukville): On October 29, 2021, a woman was reportedly found dead in a pool of blood on the floor of her apartment, in room 2211, 22nd floor, in group 13, village 01, Sangkat 03, Sihanoukville.

According to preliminary information by police, the victim was living in the room alone, and the death is being treated as a suspected murder case. Her pet dog was also killed at the scene.

Cambodia News, (Sihanoukville): The shocking case of a Chinese woman found dead in a pool of blood in a hotel room in District3, Sihanoukville, on October 29, 2021, has been declared an official murder inquiry. This follows an examination and autopsy by a professional officer of the Sihanoukville Provincial Police who concluded that the victim died as a result of murder.

The victim was WAN ROU, a 22-year-old Chinese woman who had just entered the condominium the day before her murder, on October 28 at 12:30 pm; she was staying alone on the 22nd floor, in room 2211.

CHEN BO, a 42-year-old Chinese man who owns the condominium on the 22nd floor, was taken to the Sihanoukville Provincial Police Station for questioning. After the post mortem examination, the woman's body was taken to Sihanoukville Provincial Referral Hospital.

I guess the victim would never think renting a brand-new, appearing to be high-end place would still endanger her life ....

I'm not sure what that is even supposed to mean. In other sources it is saying the dead woman was Vietnamese and has a Chinese boyfriend who is currently missing.
