British tourist shot in Ethiopian church - by accident

If you have something so weird, strange or off-topic to post and think it doesn't belong in any other forum; you're probably right. Please put all your gormless, half-baked, inane, glaikit ideas in here. This might also be a place where we throw threads that appear elsewhere that don't belong ANYWHERE end up, instead of having to flush them. FORUM RULES STILL APPLY.

Always been interested in those lip flipping old world monkeys called Geladas found in the Ethiopian highlands.
You don't see them in church.

...and this is exactly why I don't go to church!

You fill a single room with bible bashing, gun toting, god squaddies and this sort of thing will happen.

They even have some unfortunate bloke nailed up on a couple of cross members. With others claiming to drink his blood and eating his body. In any other place this would be seen as cannibalism.

No these places should be licensed and carry a Health Warning, imho

Funny you say that, "famine" is the only thing I know about that country.

Do they know it's Christmas time at all?
