What's the restaurant and bar scene like compared to 2019? What percentage of expat businesses have closed, you you think? Anyone tried to quantify it?

Rough guestimate is 10% closed. Hard to say though. I'd say the only ones that were really hit hard were catering strictly to tourists. Plenty of places still open and many others have recently opened to replace the ones which closed down.
