She has very cold eyes. The fish-faced look seems to be popular amongst some of the elite here.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

It wasn't Him or Her; Brother Admits to Famous Mr IDOL Rolls Crash

The dramatic crash of a luxury car bearing the now infamous personalised registration plate ‘MR IDOL’ took a further twist today when it emerged that the brother of ex Okhna Duong Chhay has admitted to being behind the wheel at the time of the incident

The Information and Quick Reaction Team of the Phnom Penh Municipal Police has released details of the investigation and enquiry into the accident, which took place on the night of October 13, 2021 at 2:20am in front of the Chinese Temple, Russian Federation Blvd., Sangkat Teuk Thla, Khan Sen Sok.

Immediately after receiving the information about the accident, competent experts inspected the area and the venue, and as a result, they did not find any security cameras that show the activities at the time of the accident.

Experts from the Road Traffic Bureau brought the provocative car to be stored at the Road Traffic Police Office and summoned the car owner to come in and clarify and take responsibility for this provocative case.

After researching and listening to the answer of Chen Puthchat, male, representing the car owner, confirmed that the driver of the car that caused the accident was Det Rithy, male, the brother of the car owner.

Det Rithy also came in to clarify and confirm to the authorities that he was the driver of the Roll Royce car.

Acknowledging the guilt, the perpetrator agreed to mediate and finally paid compensation to the Department of Public Works and Transport of Phnom Penh on October 14, 2021.

As the accident did not cause injury, the Department of Public Works did not file a complaint in this case, just demanding compensation to repair the damage.

Experts from the Road Traffic Bureau brought the provocative car...
Experts in instantly judging the exact maximum amount of riel any road user may be willing to part with to carry on their day without further delays?

These are the days of our lives... and so the divorce saga goes on.

Ex-Wife of Duong Chhay Raided by Police
Image
Cambodia News, Phnom Penh: Fans and the public may already know that on the afternoon of January 13, 2022, the Anti-Counterfeit Committee of the Ministry of Interior went to inspect the home of Det Malina, the ex-wife of Duong Chhay, after the police received a complaint from a victim who used the body and skin products sold by Ms Malina.

It seems that following the couple's very public divorce, many people on social media took sides between the ex-husband and wife. So after this latest event, some social media players accused Duong Chhay of being behind this story. However, after seeing that he was accused of abusing his ex-wife, Mr. Duong Chhay immediately reacted, citing this reason as follows: "Why should I be responsible for this ? When she [ex-wife]was drunk driving a car and hit the road, they did not accuse me of ordering her to drink and drive and have an accident."

In her defence, Det Malina, says that she was left alone and unsupported to raise her child, while Duong Chhay is rich and famous so he can make her life difficult. She calls on the authorities for leniency in this matter, because her business is perhaps not correctly registered.
