Foreigners Asking for Trouble
The foreign visitors to Siem Reap from my observation is starkly and disturbingly different than it is a few years ago especially ones in their 20s. You don't jump onto a vacant tuk tuk while it is moving and try to hi five them to cool down the tension before jumping off in the middle of the road. You don't roll over the hood of a car at the stop light and think it is funny. You don't publicly put your hand into your driver t-shirt and waist. You dont provocatively dress and pass out on the pedestrian walks. You dont buy drug from people you barely know.

I would think all of those behaviors would result in a much earned beat down. But who exactly is publicly reaching their hands into their driver's pants and shirt?flying chicken wrote: You don't jump onto a vacant tuk tuk while it is moving and try to hi five them to cool down the tension before jumping off in the middle of the road.
