Koh Rong Restaurant Burns to a Cinder

Cambodia News, (Preah Sihanoukville): There was a report of a restaurant burning in Koh Touch village, on Koh Rong island in Sihanouk province, this morning, at 8 pm on October 07, 2021.

Immediately when the incident started, the police and local citizens intervened to help prevent the fire from spreading elsewhere.

According to Mr. Noun Bunthol, the Governor of Koh Rong Island, the fire started from gas tanks in the kitchen in this restaurant, which is mainly constructed from wood and bamboo.
