where are all the ex pat deadbeats posted?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. where are all the ex pat deadbeats posted?

CEO is not the right place but maybe someone on here can point me to the appropriate online home where ex pats who have stolen/borrowed and not paid back are displayed and where the rest of us can be warned?
If CEO is the right place then perhaps ground rules are available?

Not sure there is an appropriate place… the concept feels a bit lynch-mobby to me.

I know there is one dude who's on 9 years overstay there

The other forum seems to encourage Lynch Mobs and Trial by Media and Trial by Forum so you may feel more comfortable posting over there, where they appear to scorn such civilized and contemporary notions as Natural Justice or Presumption of Innocence until proven otherwise by a court of law. March the Guilty Bastard In and Hang him by his genitals appears to be TOFs motto these days. Never mind right of reply for those denigrated by other posters.
