Chinese Man Passes After Heavy Drinking Festival Celebrations

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): At 6:00 am on September 22, 2021, at house #48 on Street 05, Borey Kombol housing area in Phnom Penh, a 52-year-old Chinese man, GUO XIANBO, an employee of Nansing company, was found dead after he celebrated the Mid-autumn festival with two fellow Chinese men.

According to the deceased man's friend, DONG WEN, the victim had a chronic illness, high blood pressure. On the evening of September 21, they were all together celebrating the Chinese festival by drinking alcohol until they got very drunk and passed out.
But when the friends woke up the next morning, the victim was still lying motionless when they tried to wake him up. Eventually they found out that he had passed away.
The police autopsy confirmed that the man died from high blood pressure, and the body of the victim was kept at the Steung Mean Chey pagoda for the relatives to collect.
