UPDATE: Father safe, but search continues for child.
September 15, 2021
Search continues for child lost at sea after boat gets caught in a storm
The search is still on for the child who was lost in Preah Sihanouk’s seas after the boat that he was in overturned after a storm caused large waves.
The father and son duo were at sea to fish. While they were out in the water, a storm brewed over the sea and caused the waves to grow bigger. Both of them were caught in the storm and the boat overturned. The father was able to get to shore, but the son was reported missing.
