Cambodia News (Banteay Mean Chey Province): At 1:40 pm on September 11, 2021, in Chock village, Serey Sophorn city, a 45-year-old man, Chhun Chakdeth, was electrocuted after attempting to erect a fallen electric pole in his neighborhood. According to the victim's wife, Hem Sith, 32 years old, a wooden pole that stabilized the tilting electric pole had fallen down 10m away from their house which prompted the victim to fix it.

However, in order to fix the electric pole, the victim had to wade into a swamp to push up the wooden pole to support the electric cables. Unfortunately, he grabbed the cables without checking or turning the main switch off, and was electrocuted, then fell down into the swamp.
The wife tried to rescue him with the help of the villagers. However, he had already passed when they arrived at the hospital.
After police examined the scene and the victim, they concluded that he died from electrocution due to broken electric cables.

Anyone have an idea what kind of amperage and voltage that electricity pole might be feeding?

Most switches on the main road connecting these wires have a 10 or 32A circuit breaker @ 220-230V.
